Get Well Soon!

LOL I bought these balloons and tied them to Riley's 

cage. So if they don't help Riley, at least they help 

me feel a little better. Anyways, Riley seems to

be a little more comfortable this morning. I took him

out to go potty around 5:45, and he was staggering

a little bit but not as much as yesterday, so I'm hoping

he will continue to slowly improve with time. Like the 

vet said: REST REST REST! He will only get better

with rest. Well I hope you have a great day today, do 

something nice for someone, it could make their day :)

Poor Riley :'(

We took Riley to the vet yesterday because he had been

shaking and reluctant to move. After a quick assessment, our

vet told us it was a injured disk. He is now on two medications

and cage rest for two weeks. He has hardly any sensation in

his back right leg and it is so sad to watch him struggle. The vet said 

that if it doesn't get better within the next two weeks, he will have to 

have surgery. I am more than willing to pay for anything that needs to

 be done, I just hope for his sake that it doesn't have to come to that. 

Please keep Riley in your prayers for a speedy recovery. I will update

everyday on how he's doing, right now we're are just trying to stay

 positive and stay strong.

The Graduate!
